World Renowned ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Gurus Guided the IT Students of Lovely Professional University

In order to guide the IT students, world renowned Enterprise Resource Planning Guru of Alma Mate Info-Tech Mr.Sudeep Verma and Mr. Kamal Mansharamani visited Lovely Professional University. They chose the topic ‘Trends in IT Industry & Future Growth’ to discuss with the students. More than 500 students of the university grasped the guidance from them of “Can Do” to “Will Do” philosophy of working. The visitors told the students to believe in enjoying the work by creating an atmosphere of learning, sharing, mutual growth and fun.

On contacting in this regard, the Chancellor of the University, Mr Ashok Mittal said: “ Understanding fully the present gap between academia and industry, we always try to avail of the availability of such gap erasing personalities of repute to guide and motivate our students to become more and more Industry oriented right from the beginning. In fact, the world is continuously expecting the quality IT persons to cater to its ever growing needs. Now, it is the turn of the students to mould themselves in accordance to its expectations and wants taking the tips from the tops in this field.”

Between the two, Mr. Mansharamani is Master of mature processes and strong governance. He is MD and Co-founder of Alma Mate whereas Mr. Verma is Co-Founder and COO. Prior to establishing ‘AlmaMate’, both have already carved out many success stories of Birla-Soft being as its CEO and Vice-President respectively. Moreover, Mr. Verma has worked across Globe from Asia, America, Europe, Africa and Australia with prestigious customers. He is an expert in ‘Organization Leadership', ‘Delivery Excellence', ‘Business Development', ‘Creating Competency Center of Excellences' and ‘Complete IT Automation'. Both of them have picked up the present challenge of dilution in quality, the lack of innovative mechanisms among future IT persons. So, they are working with institutions to demonstrate and guide the students properly. In fact, Alma Mate has designed and launched innovative programs to enable campus graduates become employable, as it understands the requirements of the industry.
