LPU adjudged as one of the Top Nine Universities in India

Recently, Lovely Professional University has been ranked as one of the top nine 'best of the rest' private universities in India. It is based on a perception survey conducted by Indian Council for Market Research (ICMR), on behalf of a popular magazine 'The Sunday Indian'. Focussing attention on the condition of students, LPU is further ranked at no: 5 for BCA Programme and at 14 for BBA, all over India. In fact, LPU already has many coveted rankings to its credit attributed to it by the famous News Channels, Magazines and News Papers like Star News, Zee News, Dalal Street, Business Baron, India Today, Times of India, Economic Times and many-many others.

On this occasion, the Chancellor of the University, Mr Ashok Mittal said: "We are thankful to all our well-wishers who hold our doings in high esteems." He added: "Our University is leaving no stone unturned to be up to the expectations of the students, parents and, in turn, the society by bringing revolutionary transformation in the education scenario." Continuing, he said: "Students all over the world have much potentialities and abilities within them. The only thing required is to shape them well in accordance to the regularly changing trends as per the requirements of the Industry."

'The Sunday Indian' is No. 1 in regional reach and the only news magazine on earth in 14 languages. The survey, conducted in the metros as well as other education hubs, covered students, parents and faculty members hugely. Their responses helped draw up lists of colleges that they would have applied to. The listing might help to look at things from a different, more enlightened, perspective. It is worthwhile to mention that LPU has many thousands of students on its rolls from 22 countries all across the world & 26 states of India. Many thousand others are thronging the campus to get themselves enrolled this year from among a wide choice of programmes of their interest and need.
